Keynote speaker

Would you like to boost your sales with help of one of the greatest and well-known keynote speaker? Then check out these free marketing ideas written by a marketing guru.

Proud owners of black credit cards received the following letter from Slovenia’s Diners Club:
3 short free marketing ideas:
1. Choosing the right target group is important. This offer can’t be sent to everyone. The response would be good of course – lots of people would like to go for a free weekend ride in a Hummer or a Cadillac (plus a snowmobile or an AWD). But if you offer it to someone who can’t afford it, you haven’t achieved much. Black Diners Card owners are supposed to be rich, and most of them probably are.

2. Participation pays off. Find a business partner with a customer base you’re interested in for cooperation. This is a nice example of cooperative action in which the company SKI&SEA legally and ethically made contact with black Diners Card owners.
3. Of course it’s important to give the customer a good reason to buy. But sometimes it’s even more important to stop your customers from unsubscribing. The annual Diners subscription is expensive. I forget how much it is exactly, but I believe that first year membership used to cost over 400 euros. Diners need to pamper their customers so that when they receive the annual subscription bill they think: “It doesn’t exactly pay off, but if I let my subscription expire I’ll lose nice benefits. I’ll subscribe for one more year.” The customer probably didn’t attend the reception with Naomi Campbell, or go for a ride in a Hummer because they didn’t have time, but…do you see what I’m getting at? Why do you still subscribe to the newspaper Delo? Is it because you read all 218 articles published there or because you like receiving its supplements every day of the week? Quite clear, isn’t it? Diners pamper their members and increase customer loyalty. This approach makes leaving difficult for customers (psychologically). The best thing about it, though, is that other companies pay for the perks. Nice. 🙂

See how I’ve made it difficult for you to unsubscribe? That’s what all companies should do – persuade their customers never to leave.
I’ve driven in a Cadillac in the USA. I’ll probably never find the time to take a Hummer or a snowmobile for a spin. Anyone else interested? Just kidding. 🙂
